SHIPPING INFORMATION:
There is a minimum $2.25 per order, for shipping and handling charge, regardless of number of items ordered. On select items, additional shipping charges may apply. (Commercial orders excluded)
Stock items are shipped the next shipping day.
Custom items are shipped the next shipping day, after completion and following inspection by our Quality Control Unit.
If you provided a e-mail address at the time of your order, a message will be sent advising you the item was shipped. If applicable, a tracking number will be issued at this time, so you may track the shipment.
OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
REPLACEMENT: We will replace ANY item which does not meet YOUR approval, if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please call customer service or send them a e-mail for a RMA# prior to return. No returns will be honored without a RMA# (customerservice@kensto.com)
REFUND: After return of the item, if requested, a refund will be issued, ONLY if returned within 30 days of purchase date and the item is in its' original packaging and is in saleable condition.
Does NOT apply to personalized items, as it can not be sold to anyone else.
Frequently-Asked-Questions (FAQ):
SHIPPING: Unless you have a shipping preference, all items are sent USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, which ever we determine is best for prompt delivery, depending on the order size.
ORDERS: We handle each order as it is received. Stock orders are picked the day of the order, if received by 2 PM and shipped the next shipping day. Many items are shipped from our various warehouses throughout the country. i.e., California, Texas, New York
Custom orders and personalized orders take a little time to setup and produce. After inspection by QC, they are packaged for shipping, and shipped the next shipping day.
